Pearl by Lela Rose is a designer brand offering an affordable luxury collection while creating an entertaining experience combining fashion, food, and fun! Sold exclusively in an in-home trunk show by Pearl Stylists, each season we invite customers to explore a new collection of products while providing delightfully paired details to create an entertaining experience. Our mission is to offer consumers an in home experience which invites them into the Lela Rose lifestyle and inspires them to make every day an occasion. Prices range from $150 - $650.

Pearl by Lela Rose is not sold in a traditional retail setting. You will not find the line in any stores, as it is exclusively sold in our curated trunk-shows by our dedicated Pearl Stylists.

If you are unable to find a stylist within your area, please contact customerservice@pearl.nyc. We will be happy to help you place a Pearl by Lela Rose order! Stay tuned for the new areas that we are introducing each season!

Pearl by Lela Rose accepts all major credit cards. Pre-orders made directly with your Pearl Stylist require a 50% deposit as your order is placed and the remaining balance is charged as your items are ready for shipment. All regular stock orders require 100% payment as your order is placed.

Sales tax is calculated on a state by state basis by Pearl by Lela Rose.  When applicable, proper sales tax will be automatically applied at the time your order is placed.

Please contact your Pearl Stylist directly, or customerservice@pearl.nyc if an order is placed without a stylist, to request any updates to your order. We will work to accommodate any requests to the best of our abilities.

At the time of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Pearl by Lela Rose and your Pearl Stylist with an estimated delivery window for your order. Unless otherwise communicated, all products will be shipped together as one full order within this time period.

Please contact UPS directly with your tracking information, so they may get in contact with your local driver on the details and status of the delivery. If the issue is unable to be solved by UPS, please contact your Pearl Stylist directly, or customerservice@pearl.nyc for any orders not placed through a stylist.

In the event that any orders are processed incorrectly, or merchandise received is damaged or defective, Pearl by Lela Rose will replace that item or accept its return for a full refund. Please photograph the shipping error or damage for documentation. If your order was placed with a Pearl Stylist, please contact them directly.  For any orders not placed through a Pearl Stylist, please contact customerservice@pearl.nyc
