If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pearl by Lela Rose, we will gladly accept your return, free of charge, of unworn and unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached if received back to us within 15 days of the date delivered. Pearl by Lela Rose reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements or is received after 15 days of delivery. If your return meets all requirements, please allow up to 15 business days from the date your return is delivered for your return to be processed and account credited. This will appear on your next credit card statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.   

For Pearl orders made through a Pearl Stylist, via trunk show or stylist’s online merchant shop, please contact your Pearl Stylist directly and follow the Returns and Exchanges instructions located in the shipping box to initiate your return. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card on which it was purchased. 

For any orders not placed through a Pearl Stylist, please contact customerservice@pearl.nyc, Follow the Returns and Exchanges instructions located in the shipping box and use the prepaid return label provided to initiate your return. Please note that use of any other shipping methods outside of the provided prepaid return label will lead to a delay in the return process and Pearl by Lela Rose is not responsible for any items shipped back to us using outside shipping methods.

  • No returns are accepted or refunds offered after the listed return periods.
  • Garments must be received in original condition with all tags attached.
  • No returns are accepted or refunds offered if items are worn, altered, damaged, or Pearl by Lela Rose tags are removed.
