At Pearl by Lela Rose, we make ready-to-wear clothes for women like us: fun, fabulous & effortlessly stylish! Created by beloved designer Lela Rose and sold on our website as well as by a network of 100+ independent Pearl Stylists, our pieces work hard, play harder, and look (and feel) great. We believe that EVERY day is an occasion, so dress accordingly.

Pearl by Lela Rose is sold exclusively in our Dallas, TX boutique, at our Jackson Hole boutique, on our website and through our network of 100+ Pearl Stylists located across the country. To shop the collection in person, visit our Find A Stylist page to find an upcoming trunk show in your area!

HOW DO I FIND AND CONTACT MY LOCAL STYLIST? 

Please refer to our Find A Stylist page to locate your closest Pearl Stylist. You may also email customerservice@pearl.nyc to be connected with a Stylist close to you. If there is no stylist within your geographic region, please contact customerservice@pearl.nyc for styling guidance and assistance. 

WHAT IF THERE IS NO STYLIST IN MY AREA? 

If there is no stylist within your geographic region, please contact customerservice@pearl.nyc for styling guidance and assistance. We will be happy to help you place a Pearl by Lela Rose order! Stay tuned for the new areas that we are introducing each season. 

ORDERS

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS MAY I USE FOR MY ORDER? 

Pearl by Lela Roseaccepts all major credit cards as well as offers a variety of express payment options, including Shop Pay and PayPal.

WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY DISCOUNT CODE AFTER SIGNING UP FOR EMAIL?

Please check your spam or junk folders in your email inbox. If you have not received your discount code and have not previously signed up for our email newsletters, please email customerservice@pearl.nyc for further assistance.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY DISCOUNT CODE?

When placing your order, enter the code into the discount code box on the checkout page and click “Apply”. Confirm that your discount has been applied under the order summary and then click “Complete Order”. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order has been places.

IS THERE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER? 

Sales tax is calculated on a state-by-state basis byPearl by Lela Rose. When applicable, proper sales tax will be automatically applied at the time your order is placed. 

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED? 

Please contact customerservice@pearl.nyc to request any updates to your order. We will do our best to accommodate order changes prior to the order shipping. 

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

Please allow 48 business-day-hours for order processing. Once shipped, the delivery timeline is based on the delivery location. FedEx Ground typically takes 1-5 days, east coast to west coast respectively. FedEx Next Day Air will deliver the day after it has left the warehouse.  

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Customers will be provided with a FedEx tracking number as soon as the order has shipped. You may visit Fedex.com to track the order status with the tracking number.

MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Please contact FedEx directly with your tracking information so they may assist with the status of your delivery. If the issue is unable to be solved by FedEx, please contact customerservice@pearl.nyc for assistance.
