Shipping Policy

Pearl by Lela Rose offers free FedEx Ground shipping on all domestic orders. Next Day Air expedited shipping is available for $25. Orders must be placed by 12pm to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the following business day.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

Please allow 48 business-day hours for order processing. Once shipped, the delivery timeline is based on your location. FedEx Ground takes 1-5 days, east coast to west coast respectively. FedEx Next Day Air will deliver the day after it has left our warehouse, unless placed on Saturday or Sunday. Priority orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Customers will be provided with a FedEx tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped. You may visit Fedex.com to track the order status with the tracking number.
